How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on the length of the session, one week or two, and your camper's age group. We are glad to talk it through by phone.

Registration

Registration holds a place and covers your camper's file for the summer. It is due when you register.

Holding a place

A place is held once we have your registration and the first payment toward the session, which goes toward tuition. When a session is full, families join a waitlist, and we offer places in the order families joined.

Billing

Tuition is billed in two parts: a first payment when you register and the balance before camp starts. You can call the office if another arrangement would help.

Help with tuition

Ask us whether camp scholarships are open this year. Call the office, and the director will talk it through with you privately.

Withdrawing

We ask for notice before a booked session, so we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist.

Other costs

A few things are priced outside tuition: laundry on two-week sessions, trip camper outings and the camp shirt. Each is named, with what it covers, when you register.
